  2. the waking up in the morning then check social media is sooo relatable for me!! I have been struggling with that for years! and yes! you're very much right about it! either it can make your morning feel good or bad but most of the time it makes me feel bad since most news and shared posts I have encountered are negative! specially the toxicity of political news nowadays! then I realized, why would I allow myself to suffer in this kind of negativity everyday! so I took the step to delete my facebook app! one of the best thing I have done so far!
