China’s Xi and Japan’s Takaichi meet during APEC summit in South Korea
Japan and China’s leaders met on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit (APEC) on Friday in Gyeongju, South Korea. Chinese President Xi Jinping welcomed the newly elected Japanese prime minister’s “new consensus” towards China.

Xi is a great President, he has brought China to the top of the world.
Xi doesn't smile much or even express a whole lot with his face, that's just how he is. I felt Trump's interaction with Xi was very awkward and forced, and Trump's personality didn't mesh well with Trump especially as they had the extended handshake for the cameras. By comparison I thought while Xi and Takaichi weren't best friends, again that's typically how Xi looks.
