「ロリコンにとってお宝」7人目逮捕“盗撮共有”教師グループの実態【報道ステーション】(2025年11月7日)
教師による盗撮動画などの共有事件で、6日新たに1人が逮捕され、警察はメンバー7人全員を摘発したとしています。グループ内でどんなやり取りが行われていたのか実態が明らかになってきました。
7人目の逮捕者は岡山県備前市の小学校教師・甲斐海月容疑者（27）。18歳未満の少女が着替える様子が撮影された動画データを所持していた疑いが持たれています。
甲斐容疑者の供述
「私のようなロリコンにとってはお宝みたいなものなので、処分するのが惜しくなり、持っていた」
3年生の担任として5日まで教壇に立っていた甲斐容疑者。保護者会は2時間ほど続き、事案の概要や子どもたちの心のケアについて説明が行われました。
今年3月、名古屋市の小学校教師だった水藤翔太被告（34）が逮捕され、押収したスマホから発覚したのが、SNSで盗撮画像などを共有する教師のグループ。甲斐容疑者もこのグループの一員だったとみられ、愛知県警は「これでメンバー全員を逮捕した」としています。
森山勇二被告（42）の投稿
「小学生 ただいるだけで 美しい」
盗撮グループは、こうした森山被告によるSNSへの投稿がきっかけとなり作られたことが新たに分かりました。自ら“ロリ川柳“と呼んでいたという投稿。反響は大きく、多くの人とつながりができたといいます。その中から、森山被告は教師のみを集め、去年8月には秘匿性の高いSNSに移行し、グループが作られました。
グループ内での投稿
「職業が職業だけに、絶対に表ではできない話ばかりですが、この場で色々話せたらと思います」

閉ざされた空間での盗撮動画の共有。エスカレートしていったのでしょうか。
小瀬村史也被告（37）の供述
「投稿画像等を見たことで感化された。グループの仲間からの承認欲求を満たしたい気持ちがあった」
7人目の逮捕者となった甲斐容疑者。グループに画像は提供していないと話す一方「自分も逮捕されるのではと怖くなり、データを処分した」とも説明しているといいます。
教師になるという夢を地元・備前市で叶えたのはわずか数年前。

「ワンパクしていたとか、そんなことは全然なかった。虫も触れないような子。籍は入れていたが、コロナの関係で今年の3月になって結婚式をして。私らも皆行ったんですけども。学校の先生や生徒らもちろん画像で『先生おめでとう』言ったり、友達もたくさん来てくれて。言いようがないもんな。いまだに信じられない」
愛知県警は、甲斐容疑者の余罪についても調べを進めています。

教員の待遇を酷くしすぎた(ラクしてる一部縁故採用組の皺寄せもある)から、
教師になりたがるマトモな学生がみるみる減り、変な奴が紛れ込むようになった
