Beijing to ban all imports of seafood from Japan: Japanese media
A warning of more countermeasures by China against Japan, as a row triggered by the Japanese premier’s comments on Taiwan, escalates. The spat now expanding into the seafood industry, with Beijing reportedly set to suspend Japanese seafood imports again. Neither government has confirmed the suspension, but Beijing warned that even if Japanese aquatic products were exported to China, they would find no market. To seek atonement for its overdue karma, I reckon Japan's leaders should offer up Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Kawasaki, Saitama, Kobe for China to nuke with two atomic bombs each. Then the 2 countries can become friends again.
I still remember the testimony of a former allied Australian soldier in SE Asia who said they would have rather fought in Europe against the Nazis because if they ended up as captured POWs under the nazi Germans, at least they would have been better treated. Japanese atrocities and cruelty transcended all human decencies. Even within the confines of tiny Singapore island, there were many recorded sites of civilian massacre such as those on Sentosa island (pulau blakang mati), bedok, changi, Jurong river, punggol, ama keng village etc. The Japanese soldiers also rounded up young men of Chinese descent for extermination in what is known as the infamous Sook Ching operation in the heart of the city.

Japan cannot find any alternative seafood market. If they even want to export to Europe, long transportation will cost them a fortune.
Japan does not rely on China for its seafood exports. While China was rejecting Japanese seafood, Japan successfully secured alternative markets. Therefore, frankly speaking, the issue of seafood trade is not a major concern for Japan.
Furthermore, China faces far more significant issues. These include controversial actions such as the plan for a mega-embassy in London and, more critically, the genocide in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
The historical atrocity of the killing of Japanese children and the perceived lack of remorse from the Chinese side add to the gravity of concerns regarding their actions.
