  1. Takaichi literally declared that invading China (via Taiwan) would be legal. That’s exactly what she’s doing right now: reinterpreting and expanding Japan’s defense laws to cover Taiwan. This is an outright violation of every single international agreement and bilateral document Japan itself has ever signed—and it’s nothing short of a de facto declaration of war.

  3. Time for democratic Japan to acquire NUCLEAR WEAPONS against threatening autocratic governments who have no respect for human rights !

  4. 😂😂😂 Japanese economy is not depend on Chinese 😂😂😂 The Japanese should cut trade to China so China must learn his being arugant

  5. Taiwan, you are part of China, also if Japan and Usa try to made you brain-wash, you are in all way part of China!!! I am Italian and look gthis on this way! I am against Usa and hypocritical mentality in Europa!!!

  6. Japanese new PM is damn idiot, everyone knows Japan is quietly trying to build up their military strength and presence in South China sea, and buying lots of modern weapons from US
But why tell to the world publicly and even threaten China ?
Now China knows what Japan is up to, and don't blame them for restricting rare earth to Japan and all of US allies

  7. JAPAN always claimed its A PEACEFUL NATION. But, with having its first US's comfort woman as PM its now making its move :
In real history, Japanese loves wars that include both internal civil conflicts like the Genpei War ((1180-1185)) and Sengoku period ((1477-1601)), and external wars, such as the Russo-Japanese War ((1904-1905)), the First Sino-Japanese War ((1894-1895)), the Second Sino-Japanese War ((1937-1945)), and the Pacific theater of World War II ((1941-1945)). These conflicts shaped Japan's history, from its feudal era to its imperial expansion and eventual defeat in World War II.

  8. This China-Japan row over Taiwan can be solved peacefully by the U.N. dumping "One China Policy" adopted by the US under the late Pres. Richard Nixon, as ill-advised by the short-sighted former Sec. of State Henry Kissinger in their belief that China under Mao Zedung (who ardently followed the Marxist-Leninist communist ideology) could be convinced with adopting an open market economy just like the West. What they did not realize was that the CCP was only interested in the transfer of technology to copy and produce items made in the US but at a lower cost (by the government subsidizing production of exported products and partly by employing forced or cheap labor) to monopolize the market with their cheap imitated products. Now that China has acquired the necessary technology and built up the biggest naval forces to even challenge the US as the number 1 superpower in the world, it is now DICTATING the "rules of the game". It's about time the US and its allies change strategy by dropping their ill-advised "One China Policy" and by supporting Taiwan (which has become a young Democracy in the region) as a "returning member" of the United Nations. It is worth noting here also that it was Gen. Chiang Kai-shek of the Nationalist Kuomintang Party who had been the President of the Republic of China (ROC) from 1928 until 1949. He also coordinated with Allied Leaders British PM Winston Churchill and US Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt in discussing the terms for the Japanese surrender towards the end of World War II. He was also the leader of the Republic of China (ROC), which was considered as one of the "Big Four" together with the USA, the UK, and the USSR, in the establishment of the United Nations (NOT Mao Zedung of the CCP). So the "One China Policy" under the CCP is NOT APPROPRIATE. The ROC under Chiang Kai-Shek should have been recognized by the U.N. as the pioneer member of the United Nations, and NOT the PRC.

  9. Everybody is talking about this , including this video , but NO ONE has YET shown Japan's prime minister's ORIGINAL parliamentary WORDS in the Diet, about Taiwan. Thus words will change because people will add their opinions on her words. SHOW US THE ORIGINAL WORDS!

  10. It sounds like you’re asking about a statement made by Japan claiming its “survival” was threatened, before it went on to invade other countries — likely referring to pre-World War II Japanese justifications for expansion.

Here are the main possibilities, depending on what you mean:

    ✅ 1. The “ABCD Encirclement” Claim (1940–1941)

Before attacking Pearl Harbor and expanding across Asia, Japan claimed it was being economically strangled by:
    • America
    • Britain
    • China
    • Dutch (Netherlands East Indies)

Japan argued that embargoes on oil, steel, and other materials threatened its national survival, and therefore it needed to seize resource-rich territories (like Indonesia and Malaya).

This statement was used as justification for Japan’s invasions.

    ✅ 2. The “Amau Doctrine” (1934)

Japan claimed it had the right to intervene in China and East Asia because instability there threatened Japan’s security and survival.
This doctrine justified earlier expansion, including incursions into northern China.

    ✅ 3. The “Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere” (1940)

Japan claimed that Western colonial powers threatened Asia (and Japan), and that Japan needed to “lead Asia” for its survival.
This became ideological justification for expansion into Korea, China, Southeast Asia.
