All Trump has done all his life is threaten and bully, he has never followed through to date. So America and Russia have been world powers, just like. Greece, Italy, France, England, Spain, and Egypt. So, who will be the next world power after Russia and America fall? I know America will have no power to dictate or negotiate with any country. They will have to take whatever deal a country gives them, and sanctions will be put on them very strongly. As will Russia. So who is next in line to be the world's power, after all the dust settles? Or will those in power push for a new world government, one to control it all? Not any country, but those in power, aka those who run it now in the dark. Finally getting their new world order? Just asking.
