China is selling US treasury because they have to. They are running out of money. They have to sell their foreign reserve & bring money back home.

All Taiwan has to do to keep China from invading is to make it clear that they will never takeover an intact or even remotely operating semiconductor industry. That's really what the CCP wants. If the CCP has control of the most advanced semiconductors America especially would suffer. Maybe the only thing Biden has done that makes sense is building up the US Semiconductor Foundries. In a couple more years America won't be totally dependent on Taiwan for the best chips.
