Just to clear up confusion, i never said all debt was external, the US also has a lot of internal debt
That is a wildly ignorant stance on the debt some of that was just downright wrong
Terrible info
Two words… quantitative easing…
The reason why Japan and U.S. have insane amounts of debt… (there’s a reason why both countries own the most amount of their own debt)
Most of it is to themselves
Current account deficits (trade deficits) are balanced out by capital account surpluses (monetary investment into the country). This could take the form of the purchasing of treasury bonds which permit a government to engage in deficit spending, but a current account deficit —in and of itself— does not necessarily increase the national debt.
Wtf is this video china has 16.2 trillion in debt why is japan next? Second japan is much smaller than the us and it has 9 trillion 😂 so we will be fine 👍
china is in roughly more debt than us
We also have a GDP 25 Trillion, and even though it may seem bad we have a pretty good inflation rate
We need the orange man
Healthcare?
Maybe if our allies pull their weight
