Trump talks tariffs with Japan as US seeks trade war deals | NewsNation Now

President Donald Trump on Wednesday inserted himself directly into trade talks with Japanese officials, a sign of the high stakes for the United States after its tariffs rattled the economy and caused the administration to assure the public that it would quickly reach deals.

Greg Ip, chief economics commentator for The Wall Street Journal, said on “NewsNation Now” he believes Japan is likely to get a better trade deal than other countries.

  1. Canada's PM Carney (who ran both Canada and the UK's central banks) recruited Japan, Britain and the EU to buy up US bonds, then told Trump if he didn't stop his tariffs they would sell them off in a slow bleed ruining the dollar. Carney is playing 3D chess.

  2. This Trade War Ain't Over Yet! I just dropped a Video Podcast on "How Much Will CHINA CRASH THE US ECONOMY B4 TRUMP GIVES UP?" on The DOGS BOLLOCKS Channel. We explore if the Chinese are likely to deploy their Economic "Nuclear Option" to Destroy the US Economy (By Selling most or All of their Treasury assets & dollars, while also forcing all citizens to dump their US Equites (There is a rumor that Xi is already circulated a directive for party leaders to prepare their subjects for this, and those that don't comply will be guilty of Treason!)…. Of Course, this would also hobble their economy but more important to the CCP, it may knock the US off as the leader of Finance and Banking worldwide and knock the DOLLAR off as the worlds reserve currency (…Which will take a long time but is China's greatest wish).
