We have HOA’s here in Edmond, OK. Our neighborhood is built by Taber Homes. Crappy thing is that around 40% of the new homes have renters in them. No one wants to hold any of the HOA positions, president, treasury, etc. Everyone is required to pay their HOA fees but there is no enforcement of their rules. Yards are overgrown, broken down cars in driveways, etc. 😝 I heard that Taber has drones to monitor neighborhoods. I thought it was BS until I heard one fly over my home around 4am in the dark on a couple of occasions. Welcome to China.
