Japan has refused to blink in trade war with Donald Trump. Japan has said that avoided uh easy concessions and that they are defending what they need to defend. So that’s the reaction that’s coming in from United States ally Japan that has also been imposed with the tariffs of Donald Trump. Now Japan regrets the Donald Trump tariffs and in fact Japan insists that they did not bow to Donald Trump and that the talks are still underway. Now this is what has been claimed by Japan and Japan has also refused to blink in trade war with Donald Trump and they have said that they avoided easy concessions and that they are still defending what they need to defend. foreign. And India today globals pranayada is with us. Prane. Now we have reaction coming in from the Japanese side as well on the Trump tariff saying that the talks are still underway and that they are defending what they need to defend. In fact, they have shown regret over the tariffs that has been imposed by Donald Trump. You’re absolutely right, Andy. Uh the kind of reactions which are start which have started coming in on President Donald Trump’s tariff letters clearly indicates that the the uh you know all the the partner countries especially uh the the strategic allies of the United States are also not happy. The way uh US president has handed out the verdict on trade negotiation because as we know that trade negotiations are very complex processes and you know they that cannot be concluded in the way because every country has to protect its own interests and if you see the trade volume between between the United States and Japan is around is over $300 billion and US has a trade deficit of around $70 billion uh you know with with Japan and the trade negotiations are uh you know as as We we were discussing that it’s a complex process and Japan has already said that they want to have a deal with the United States but they are willing to to negotiate this process and uh unless that the process is concluded they cannot be handed over uh you know these letters with which uh it you know terming them as a final offer because US President Donald Trump and his administration has clearly made out that this is the final offer he’s making to these countries and any retaliatory measures will be met uh with a with a higher tariff. So clearly it’s it’s a one-sided process where unilaterally he has decided and he said that you know US he has been saying that US has been not not being treated fairly by the partner countries. uh so on one side he he considers Japan, South Korea and some of the other countries as the key allies for the United States but as far as the tariff issues are concerned right from from 2nd of April when he like you know he displayed that that lakhard and and tariff list there he listed out you know what kind of tariff he is uh you know he intend to implement on these countries to impose on these countries thereafter the the the negotiations started the negotiations are at various stages with respect to to other countries but the kind of reaction which has which has started coming in and there are market reactions as well the Nikki market the the Japanese market initially showed a dip uh you know right uh but now it has recovered uh after the statement of Japanese prime minister right prane also on one hand Donald Trump claimed that uh whichever country with whichever country US could not strike a deal the letters have been sent and on the other hand the Japan is claiming uh that the talks are still underway between the two countries. uh I believe that uh the the trade negotiations are a process trade negotiations you know every country in terms of like you know their trade partners they keep negotiating you know with respect to uh certain products with certain uh tariff lines and uh with US president’s announcements of 2nd of April 2025 thereafter countries started negotiating but President Donald Trump might be feeling like you know he might be exa be exhausted his patience he might be losing his patience to for the early conclusion and I don’t think so the kind of uh you know the policies he is uh he is implementing he’s exercising clearly indicates that It’s
