  2. So basically these countries are going to engage in even more protectionism than they already have. Apparently the only country in the world that is obligated to be reamed in trade is the US.

  3. The U.S. economy is only 14% imports, with 35% of imports from Asia. Therefore Asia imports are 14%x35%=5% of the U.S. economy. The U.S. can easily hold out for 0% fair and equal reciprocal trade tariffs.
