How Conformity is Killing Japan’s Economy #shorts
people are taught to be a leader or entrepreneur in Japan in a traditional education system they don’t want to make you stand out they have you know for a long time educated children to become you know good employees for big companies so when Japan was growing in the like 60s and 70s that mindset and that you know education system was working well so that was okay but you know 50 years later it’s not working Japan is not growing but I think the the Japanese Government and society has started to realize that’s not going to work anymore.
