Thousands of Japanese companies went bankrupt in the last 6 months-July 17th,2025 #shorts #japannews
On the business side of ups and downs, a credit research company reported on Tuesday the 8th that the number of corporate bankruptcies in Japan hit nearly 5,000 in the first half of 2025, its highest level in 11 years. The main reasons for the bankruptcies were labor shortages, rising costs, and higher interest rates. Nearly 90% of the bankruptcies were small firms with fewer than 10 employees struggling to hire amid wage pressure. A record 172 firms also said they were having trouble with employment either with hiring people or with workers quitting. Reactions were mixed with some saying this was simply a sign that these companies shouldn’t be around because they couldn’t offer good benefits.

Well what does Japan expect, you don’t have enough young workforce, and are a very strong homogenous society with a feudal mindset
There’s hardly any workers rights and human rights are quite pathetic
Japan needs to be setting up a system to deal with foreign workers otherwise you’re going to get desperate just all the other countries and open the door without any understanding and will suffer or you will keep your doors shut and will economic decline
