    Journalists, economists, politicians are forever spouting doom and gloom over East Asia's low birth rate and shrinking population . . . and now young people cannot find jobs due to overcompetition.

    The economic decline of Japan goes against the projected Asian Century but the reality is that Japan rose a long time ago. I guess the real Asian Century is that of China and the other developing Asian economies like the ASEAN economies and India that will rise later this decade. Maybe the emerging AI revolution will provide an opening for Japan to revive its economy.

    and if this continues, trust there will be people trafficking women from other parts of Asia into Japan to work in this trade. Southeast Asia's sex trade is the most developed in Asia and there are women who travel from other parts of Asia and set up business in places like Thailand and Malaysia. In addition to that, women from other parts of Asia like China, South Asia and other parts of Southeast Asia are continuously trafficked into the trade. So sad.

    But still it's dangerous place for sex tourism,because prostitution is illegal in Japan…..🤡🤦
    For sex tourism there have so many other better options like Argentina,Germany,Thailand(But a little risky),Italy etc…..
    Also most of Asian countries aren't safe for any kind of tourism😂…..

    This can happen to any country with banking and financing crooks playing games at the top.

    They can take a hardworking, productive nation and turn it into a poor one with paper 🧻 games.

    Never entrust the monetary system of a nation to a monopoly of a select few corruptable / clueless individuals up top.

    The money should always be selected by the free market.

    I live in Japan. Trust me, I know why you and others are thinking this, but it isnt entirely correct. Yes, there are a lot of women on the streets in Shinjuku and other areas. There are also a lot of girls advertising their bars, but that doesnt translate into a booming sex industry or sex destination. I KNOW sex tourism, too. I have been all over Asia, but Japan sex tourism is still not on the scale as Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia or Vietnam. Yes, there is sex to be found here, but not to the level you think.

    I just don’t agree with your report. If men are coming over here and think it is going to be like Pattaya, Angeles City, Ho Chi Min or places like that, they’ll be disappointed.
