Wildfires rage in western JapanーNHK WORLD-JAPAN NEWS #shorts

Wildfires in western Japan show no signs of being brought under control. The blazes are expanding in Ehime and Okayama prefectures, while a new wildfire broke out in Miyazaki Prefecture on March 25. One of the fires started on March 23 in Imabari City in Ehime Prefecture and has burned 306 hectares so far. The city has ordered almost 6,000 people to evacuate. Dry conditions are expected on Wednesday.
