We should remember we are adding the entire population of most countries, each year, and the population of developed countries are only marginally increasing, mostly because of immigration. Modi made fun of Pakistan, comparing their GDP numbers and asking where they are, when we are the fourth? Pakistan is a smaller country with a smaller population. If that gives us the right to mock smaller economies, Pakistan also can mock New Zealand, Qatar, Kuwait, Portuga,l etc, while Bangladesh can mock all these countries and also Denmark, Norway and Malaysia, etc.
