天神地区は天神ビックバンに象徴される、100年に一度と言われる大規模再開発が進行中です。
🚧明治通り・昭和通りに面した日本生命福岡ビル・福岡三栄ビル建て替え工事の内、日本生命福岡ビルに相当する南棟の鉄骨組み立てが進み、13階の辺りを建設中です。
日本生命福岡ビルは建設が進んでいないように感じます。。
南棟の一部は、先に建てたビルの上に南棟を建設中ですが、南棟の梁を支えていた鉄骨と足場が無くなりました。
天神1丁目北14番街区プロジェクトは2025年3月の完成予定です。
