Want to Build in Japan? Here’s What You Need to Know
Can you give any advice to other companies or projects that either want to start a business here or they want to break into this market? Just from my experience, definitely don’t feel fear about the market. Don’t fear about Japanese business world, right? Doesn’t matter you speak Japanese or don’t speak Japanese language, not the barrel anymore because we have the AI tools, we have a lot of tools we can use, but the concepts like the main thinking, we need to be there the same level or even more. For example, every year during teams conference, we are trying to uh tonight we have a VIP welcome dinner. All the guests welcoming, sponsors welcoming, governor coming and we will involve some of the geisha performance, right? So respect the culture here understanding the business manner or even we can do imagine you a foreigner and you do business you understand more than Japanese how they will feel as a local Japanese people right so I think the man thinking is very very important respect the culture here respect the business manner here but we try to be a better version so this is very very important and for another point is we need to find a niche market all this IPO company institution or company are doing and they are trying to do I don’t think there’s any chance for us from there right but if we can find some new or niche market products services and bring it here and that is going to be easier
