so let’s say Donnie uh you’re based in Singapore and you travel to Japan and you really like Japan and you say hey I really want to invest in some real estate in Japan right now if you’re not Japanese not living in Japan it’s almost impossible to buy property in Japan quite hard uh I wouldn’t say fully impossible but it it just feels fully impossible uh but uh with tokenization uh and more platforms that come out that allows for Investments uh in the Japanese property there will be more diverse asset classes for individuals for institutions to be able to trade and purchase I think that’s going to be the future
