Now let’s be real… we’re nearing 2026 and I’m sure I’ve convinced you with all my Japan reels that this place needs to be on the top of your travel bucket list.
BUT I know I know… it can be SUPER EXPENSIVE and that’s why you follow me right? So SAVE this reel for the ultimate budget hacks for your Japan trip right now!!!😉
Now a 10-day trip will cost you around ₹1.3–1.8 lakh per person. However, if you be smart with two things: transport and accommodation it’s totally possible to hack the system and save some bucks 💸💸
My biggest hack for transport is to book in advance with @sky@skyscannerd you can get round-trip tickets for ₹30–40k. Even the internal flights can be for as low as ₹5k!!! ALWAYS check and compare prices on @skyscan@skyscannere best deals, there’s no other platform as reliable!!
So now that you’ve saved on the above, you can spend a bit on food and experiences because yes they are def expensive but trust me, they are SO unique and fun; it’s worth every penny!!
I believe Japan as a country is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I really hope that these budget tips help you plan better and visit the place soon ❤️✨

Hotels are not 15 – 20k. I stayed for 11 days in city centre and payed an average of 5k per day. I stayed in prime areas like Shin Okubo , Namba etc. i visited Tokyo , Osaka , Nara , Kyoto ,Hiroshima, Amanohashidate.
When is the off season
Visa is through Vfs and only 1500 rs
Hotels on average are 10k for 2 people/night

Much needed info
Magar 2026 mein to duniya khatam hai😂
I think it's way over 1.3 lakh. Easily crossing 2 lakh per person. Japan is expensive. No kidding on that. Worth it. I would say totally from all the videos and information. But don't think it's cheap trip. So plan accordingly.
Hotels are not that expensive. APA hotel chain is everywhere and is much cheaper. In Osaka and Kyoto, you can find hotel for rs 5-6k and Tokyo around 8-10k
