Stupidity abounds in the BOJ… they should act quicker and have their leaders push the national pension funded foreign investments to cash in and bring the money back to Japan to invest on their own. Time this with an abrupt step change in interest rate to 2%. Fortune favors the bold. You'll lose if you don't take the initiative. This day in age, conservatism won't get you anywhere but backwards.
